About The Position

This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of new employees. You use your extensive experience and judgment to plan and execute hiring strategies, support workforce changes, and help build strong, high-performing teams. The position involves a variety of tasks, may include leading and directing the work of others, and typically reports to the head of a unit or department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience successfully closing candidates and managing offer negotiations.
  • Demonstrated talent acquisition expertise, including working with hiring teams and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruiting technologies.
  • Strong ability to use judgment and experience to plan, prioritize, and accomplish recruitment goals.
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others when required.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Must have either previous experience with the client organization or experience working for a large technology company.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is typically required.
  • 5–8 years of experience in recruiting or in a closely related area is preferred.
  • Experience in a former client lead or recruiting business partner (RBP) capacity is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments that require creativity and flexibility.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt recruiting strategies to evolving business needs and talent markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit using established concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Check references and verify candidate information to support sound hiring decisions.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate offers to candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive closing experience.
  • Coordinate and conduct orientation activities for new employees to support a successful onboarding process.
  • Perform exit interviews and gather feedback to help improve retention and overall employee experience.
  • Process changes in employee status in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Use extensive experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish recruitment goals and hiring targets.
  • Apply a wide degree of creativity and latitude in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement approaches.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams and stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality talent in a timely manner.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition tools to manage requisitions, track candidates, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • May lead and direct the work of other recruiting team members or support staff as needed.
  • Continuously refine recruiting processes and practices based on market trends and hiring outcomes.
