About The Position

AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated and driven Recruiting & Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with people, and helping grow business through recruiting and sales efforts. This position is a combination of an in-office recruiting role and B2B sales.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls daily
  • Comfortable with outside B2B sales and client networking two days per week
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Perform outside B2B sales and client visits to develop new partnerships two days per week.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
  • Develop new client accounts and assist in growing existing business partnerships
  • Follow up with leads, applicants, and clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet recruiting and business development goals and performance metrics
