About The Position

Oxford Global Resources is hiring a Recruiting Associate for its six-week paid, temp-to-perm Recruiter Academy. The program is intended for early-career professionals and combines hands-on recruiting work with in-person collaboration in a peer cohort. The first two weeks are shared with the Oxford Sales Academy; the final four weeks focus on recruiting and build toward independently conducting consultant interviews. The Academy is a pathway to a full-time recruiting role for associates who demonstrate readiness through five weekly readiness checks and a final exam. Associates source and engage technical consultants, maintain relationships through update calls, conduct and route consultant interviews, and book interviews while working call targets and responding to common objections. Training includes use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Nexus, interview preparation and scoring, live coaching, feedback, and shadowing senior recruiters. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role is based in Beverly, Massachusetts. Base compensation is listed as $25.00 per hour, with another US salary listing of $23.00–$24.00 per hour. The role is eligible for commission under Oxford’s compensation plan.
