About The Position
The Recruiting Associate will verify work, training, and driving/safety history of potential CDL driver hires.
Requirements
- Must have great communication skills and deal well with different personalities.
- Attention to detail is also important.
- Must be familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High school diploma or equivalent is needed.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual ability in Spanish is very helpful.
- Administrative or customer service experience is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Conduct verification investigations on all incoming applications by: Conducting background and criminal investigations, Verify previous employment and training history, Verify licenses and credentials, Run Motor Vehicle Report and review accident history
- Maintain driver files in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Other related duties, including returned and outgoing mail, running reports, and processing class lists
