About The Position

The Recruiting Associate will verify work, training, and driving/safety history
of potential CDL driver hires.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as
assigned

Requirements

• Must have great communication skills and deal well with different personalities.
• Attention to detail is also important.
• Must be familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• High school diploma or equivalent is needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability in Spanish is very helpful.
• Administrative or customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct verification investigations on all incoming applications by: Conducting background and criminal investigations
• Verify previous employment and training history
• Verify licenses and credentials
• Run Motor Vehicle Report and review accident history
• Maintain driver files in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Other related duties, including returned and outgoing mail, running reports, and processing class lists
