About The Position

We are currently looking for a bright, talented, and motivated individual to fill an administrative position in our Recruiting Department. This is a Full-Time, non-exempt position within the corporate offices Oklahoma City. Starting wage - $21.00 $22.00 per hour

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in similar role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt and maintain efficiency
Ability to use office equipment such as printer/copier/multi-line phones
Have a customer service mentality
Microsoft Office experience with the following programs:
Microsoft Excel abilities matching the description found at the Excel Website
Microsoft Word experience mirroring the description at the Word Website
Microsoft Outlook skillset in keeping with the description at the Outlook Website
Must be a team player
Positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
