MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Entry-Level Recruiting Assistant to provide administrative support for our growing TA department. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys working with people, is process-focused and tech savvy. This role provides critical administrative and coordination support to the Talent Partner, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience using email, calendars, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
  • Local candidates.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and tech-savvy, comfortable navigating scheduling tools, shared calendars, applicant tracking systems and other platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule remote and in-person interviews for Talent Partner, multiple departments, hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage candidate and hiring communication across email, text, and phone—sending confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and status updates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of offer letters, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Generate reports for tracking metrics, assessments and TA reporting to support performance and compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvements enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support recruiting events or job fairs as needed.
