Under the direction of the HR Director and Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Recruiting Assistant plays a key role in supporting recruitment operations across our clinical, technical, and corporate teams. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required with 1–2 years of relevant administrative, HR, or recruiting support experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required if no prior experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using HRIS/ATS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms and assist with candidate sourcing for various roles
  • Review incoming applications and resumes, and screen candidates to assess qualifications
  • Communicate with applicants regarding next steps, interview logistics, and status updates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are confirmed
  • Collect and share interview feedback with stakeholders and candidates in a timely manner
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Prepare offer letters, present offers to selected candidates, and initiate the onboarding process
  • Assist with background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding coordination
  • Prepare recruiting reports and dashboards to support hiring activity tracking and decision-making
  • Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies, while maintaining confidentiality throughout the hiring process
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the recruiting team and company hiring goals
