The Recruiting Account Manager is responsible for developing K’Source (onsite resources) business. Additionally, this position is responsible for topline revenue and the resources to support that revenue. With assistance from the broader Kaleidoscope team, this role presents the company’s services, respond to RFP/Qs, close new business opportunities and organically grow the accounts. This position serves as the voice of the client with our internal teams and manages the client relationship.
