See what we live by here. As a Recruiter at Lumos, you’ll play a foundational role in building the team that builds Lumos. Your work will directly shape our product, our culture, and our ability to scale with excellence. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand talent needs, drive pipeline, and deliver an unforgettable candidate experience, all while shaping recruiting systems that are designed to scale. You’ll own your roles from end to end. Beyond execution, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting strategy, processes, and storytelling — helping Lumos become a magnet for exceptional talent.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM roles
  • Have worked at a smaller, high-growth company where you wore many hats and helped shape early recruiting processes
  • Are comfortable with one-off or niche searches and can tailor your approach to each
  • Proactive about building candidate pipelines, not waiting for inbound

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across tech and non-tech roles, from intake to close, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and candidate communication.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers. Help them scope roles, align interview panels, and identify opportunities to improve the candidate funnel.
  • Source and engage top-tier passive talent through creative outreach and storytelling. Deliver ≥50% self-sourced pipeline on priority roles.
  • Help standardize recruiting processes with interview kickoffs, debriefs, feedback loops, and improve them over time based on what’s working and what’s not.
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Lumos’ culture: thoughtful, respectful, human, and warm — even for candidates we don’t hire.
  • Embed equity into sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes. Source from diverse communities and advocate for structured, fair evaluation practices.
