About The Position

We are not just telling stories, we are changing lives. We are seeking a Recruiter, who will play a role in connecting our fast-moving creative vision with the amazing talent that brings it to life. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for our high-volume production and creative pipelines, while also partnering with leadership to support searches for specialized and senior-level roles (e.g., Department Heads, Producers, Writers).

Requirements

  • 3+ years in recruiting, ideally in creator or digital production space.
  • You understand the modern social media landscape (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and are familiar with creative and production terminology.
  • You know how to spot the "scrappy, entrepreneurial, social-first" DNA required to thrive in a top-tier digital studio, and you are excited to help us scale.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.

  • You are genuinely excited about positive, motivational storytelling and want to help build a culture anchored in empathy and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for a variety of high-volume staffing needs across production, post-production, and digital support roles (e.g., Editors, Writers, Thumbnail Artists, Animators, and Crew).
  • Partner closely with leadership to source, screen, and help close key mid-to-senior level creative and corporate roles. Work daily with Department Heads to move candidates quickly through the interview process.
  • Leverage social platforms, industry networks, and digital communities to engage digital-native talent who understand rapid social media production workflows.
  • Ensure a positive, seamless, and responsive experience for every candidate from initial application to onboarding. You are the champion of the Dhar Mann employer brand.
  • Maintain our ATS (BambooHR) and recruiting trackers with high accuracy, ensuring data is clean and candidates are moving efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and candidate care.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative methods (like portfolio sites or social media) to find passive talent.
