Position Details: Talent Acquisition & Fulfillment Review and action the NOC Turnover/Handover Report to manage inherited work inventory, match candidates to shifts, book assignments, track shift counts, and coordinate availability assistance . Manage all open orders and assumptive assignments, ensuring thorough coverage and efficient fulfillment. Maintain the active roster to: Match available THPs to local contract orders. Conduct regular check-ins: weekly with non-working THPs, daily with actively working THPs. Lead initial credentialing conversations, introduce the mobile app, and guide new THPs through engagement and readiness for assignment. Ensure THP engagement of the Mobilize application within the defined market Align candidate skills and preferences with opportunities and actively manage their progress through the funnel. Client Relationship & Growth Conduct regular pump calls with clients to assess satisfaction, gather new opportunities, and reinforce partnership value. Follow up on all client submittments, ensuring timely feedback and placement progression. Engage in outbound marketing efforts and cross-selling to support client expansion of services. Deliver seamless introductions to the Partner Portal and promote its adoption. Collaborate with Client Solution Consultants to understand and align on current and expected business opportunities. Support the Market Director/Manager and Regional VP/Director with strategic client outreach and development in the defined market, including being an “on the ground” source of insights for clients ideal for right shift and expansion into other service lines. Operational Excellence Review and resolve issues in the Timecards Exception Report to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Assist with client escalations and THP disciplinary escalations, documenting concerns and partnering with leadership on appropriate actions . Act as a conduit for client feedback, working with cross-functional teams to improve service and retention. Enter real orders and partnering as necessary with QX to track order flow. Maintain visibility into candidate preferences, guiding fulfillment and proactive pipeline development. Weekly review and in-depth understanding of Power BI analytics and key desk metrics – understanding performance within the broader defined market Collaboration & Internal Coordination Participate in internal team meetings to align on priorities, share updates, and escalate roadblocks. Partner with compliance, credentialing, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless THP deployment. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to inform forecasting and market strategy.
