About The Position

As a Recruiter within the Non Emergency Medical Transportation you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Your efforts will directly impact the company's operational efficiency and growth by ensuring that critical roles are filled with qualified candidates in a timely manner. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR teams, you will develop strategic recruitment plans tailored to the unique demands of the transportation sector. Ultimately, your work will contribute to building a skilled and motivated workforce that supports the company’s mission and business objectives across the United States.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate recruiting or staffing services within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws applicable in the United States.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and staffing services enable you to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Expertise in college recruiting and organizing recruiting events will help you build strong relationships with educational institutions and attract emerging talent.
  • Technical recruiting skills are essential for identifying candidates with specialized knowledge relevant to transportation and warehousing roles.
  • Contract recruitment and temporary staffing skills allow you to address fluctuating workforce needs with agility.
  • Internet recruiting skills empower you to leverage online platforms and social media to source a diverse and qualified candidate pool, ensuring the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within the Transportation, Warehousing, Healthcare, Administrative and Call Center industry or a related sector a plus
  • Familiarity with contract recruitment and corporate staffing models.
  • Proven success in campus recruiting and managing recruiting events.
  • Experience with ADP preferred
  • Experience with internet recruiting strategies and social media sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Develop and execute targeted college recruiting initiatives to attract emerging talent.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and job fairs to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage internet recruiting tools and social media platforms to source passive and active candidates.
  • Manage contract recruitment and temporary staffing assignments to address short-term workforce demands.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
