About The Position

The Recruiter is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent across the organization. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience. The Recruiter builds and maintains diverse talent pipelines through various sourcing initiatives, facilitates interviews, and recommends in the selection process to ensure the organization attracts qualified and mission-aligned professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of prior Human Resources experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or healthcare-related environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and develop effective recruitment and placement strategies.
  • Identifies, develops, and implements effective recruitment methods and sourcing strategies based on position requirements, to attract and hire qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting screening and placement interviews, coordinating interviews, recommending candidates, guiding candidates through the process, and negotiating offers.
  • Conducts reference checks, background screening, and pre-employment processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintains current knowledge of recruitment trends, employment laws, and human resources best practices.
  • Participates in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Serves as a backup member of the onboarding team, providing support with new hire onboarding, orientations, and related post-offer activities.
  • Performs other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
