About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking 2 High-Volume Recruiters in the Rockwall, TX area. This is a Remote W2 contract with occasional travel onsite in Rockwall, TX for career events. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates within the manufacturing industry. A Recruiter drives all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client, executing full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients. The role involves leveraging knowledge of role design and required competencies to effectively market, screen, and present candidates. It also focuses on improving sourcing strategies, building a diverse candidate pipeline through creative research and outreach, and exceeding client expectations. The Recruiter will efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates, advocate for them, and remove barriers to successful employment. Driving client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience is key. The role is positioned as an expert in the world of work, constantly refreshing knowledge of in-demand skills and advising candidates and clients through various platforms, understanding and educating clients on local market dynamics and workforce management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume, end to end recruiting experience
  • Ability to thrive in fast pace environments, conducting approx 10 screens a day while managing other aspects of the recruiting process.
  • Previous client facing experience
  • Must reside around the Rockwall, TX
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Workday experience is preferred.
