Prominence Advisors is actively seeking a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying and attracting top talent, helping us continue to build a team known for excellence, execution, and impact. You’ll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to support hiring strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Your Role As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will own and execute the end-to-end recruiting process across a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on analytics, healthcare IT, Epic, and life sciences talent. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, ensuring alignment between business needs and talent strategy.
