About The Position

Product Connections Recruiters attract and hire talent across multiple markets in a high-volume recruiting environment. They source and interview candidates, partner with hiring managers, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to hire. Requirements

Responsibilities

Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Use creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach.
Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain required documentation.
Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
