About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, including corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and facilities positions. In this role, you will own the hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and comfort working in a manual recruiting environment without automation tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success managing 40–80 requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions (technical, corporate, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (BrassRing preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Experience in technical or engineering recruiting
  • Background supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience with onboarding processes
  • Comfortable working without AI or automated recruiting tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of requisitions (40+ at a time)
  • Support hiring across multiple functions: corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, accounting, and facilities
  • Own requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels and build active talent pipelines
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers on compensation alignment and hiring strategy
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders and candidates
  • Manage requisitions across multiple locations (Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Torrey Pines)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in BrassRing ATS
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing hiring demands
  • Operate effectively in a highly manual recruiting environment
