About The Position

Lynn Community Health Center is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across our mission-driven organization. This role is responsible for attracting, screening, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates who are aligned with Lynn Community Health Center’s core values.

Requirements

  • High School Degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and community partners.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in a union environment preferred.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for clinical, administrative, and support positions is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and recruitment strategies.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, career fairs, community partnerships, and other outreach channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with organizational compensation practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand and represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs and networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership and hiring managers to support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and market insights to leadership.
  • Participate in onboarding activities to support a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
