As a Recruiter for the Marketing, Product, and Creative pipelines, you will help shape how we attract, engage, and hire the talent that brings our commitment to bridging people and opportunity to life. Supporting Gap Inc.’s brands, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across functions including design, marketing, digital, inventory management, product development, and creative merchandising. Operating within a Center of Excellence (COE) model, you partner with hiring managers and HR to translate business needs into thoughtful hiring strategies, build diverse pipelines, and deliver a high-quality, consistent experience. You bring strong execution, curiosity about the market, and a focus on continuously improving how we work.
