About The Position

The Recruiter supports industrial staffing by attracting and interviewing candidates, building a pipeline of potential workers, and helping fulfill customer orders. The role is based in the office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is not remote or hybrid.

The Recruiter collaborates with the team on ways to attract candidates, uses marketing and community outreach to promote opportunities, and applies people skills and interview techniques to identify suitable applicants. The position also involves conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 employment verification, as well as managing customer requests and coordinating follow-up with customers and the internal team.

Requirements

• High-volume recruiting ability and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders or requests and internal team tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting and staffing experience is preferred but not required.
• Industrial recruiting or manufacturing recruiting experience is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are encouraged.
• Leadership exposure or experience is a plus.
