About The Position

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Rokt. In this role, you will own recruiting execution across assigned searches, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at speed. You will manage pipelines end-to-end, drive strong candidate experience, and help ensure every hire raises the bar for Rokt.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure across GTM / commercial roles (BD, Sales, Client Success, Account Management, Marketing, Partnerships, or similar) and/or technical roles (Software Engineering, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to own a high-volume, high-complexity recruiting lane independently, without heavy day-to-day oversight.
  • AI-fluent: You've leveraged AI tools in previous recruiting roles to streamline workflows, accelerate sourcing, and improve hiring outcomes, and you're always experimenting with what's next.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: able to push back, advise, and influence hiring managers with data and market insight, not just execute requests.
  • Experience using an ATS as the system of record for all recruiting activity.
  • Track record of rigorous candidate assessment: structured screens, clear evaluation criteria, and high-bar hiring decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: able to write compelling outreach, clear pipeline summaries, and constructive debrief feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Own assigned searches end-to-end from intake through offer stage
  • Lead intake meetings and partner with Hiring Managers on role scope, candidate profile, process design, and search strategy
  • Review inbound applicants and manage pipeline flow in Workable with strong data accuracy
  • Conduct recruiter screens to assess fit, confirm logistics (compensation, work authorization, timeline, competing offers), and pitch Rokt and the role effectively
  • Leverage AI to accelerate sourcing, personalize outreach at scale, surface high-quality passive candidates, and improve processes
  • Coordinate interview processes and drive momentum across stakeholders
  • Support leveling discussions using the Career Ladder and interview evidence
  • Prepare candidate summaries and process documentation; manage candidate communication
  • Share market insights and identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and reporting

Benefits

  • Employee equity plan grant
  • LevelUp! program, providing opportunities for coaching, courses, and training to support career growth and development.
  • Catered lunch every day
  • Healthy snacks in the office
  • Gym membership
  • Generous retirement plans like a 4% dollar-for-dollar 401K matching plan
  • Fully funded premium health insurance
  • Dog-friendly office
  • Extra leave (bonus annual leave, sabbatical leave etc.)
  • Work with the greatest talent in town
  • Offices in New York, Seattle, Sydney, Tokyo and London
  • Flexibility to manage own hours
  • Up to a week of every quarter working from anywhere
