Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience hiring for skilled labor, unskilled labor, technical, and professional roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support multiple time zones and travel up to 10–20% as needed.
• Candidates must be able to work onsite on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions across multiple locations, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to define talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and build talent pipelines.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS records and ensuring process compliance.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market intelligence, improve recruiting practices, and support continuous process enhancements.
