The Recruiter seeks, interviews, and evaluates job candidates for available positions. They advise Human Resources and hiring personnel regarding consideration and selection of candidates.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards.
  • Must provide proof of auto insurance.
  • Must pass a WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required.
  • Knowledge of general business practices and computer skills including various HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to promote, implement, and evaluate community-based initiatives
  • History of active, intentional & ongoing engagement with diversity; particularly with Spanish speaking families/individuals

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience or education in Human Resource Management, Business or related area is strongly preferred.
  • Specialized training in employment law, benefits, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training, and recruitment, preferred.
  • Experience in community outreach and education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for all positions using databases, social media, and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews and onboard employees
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate required reports.
  • Track employee compliance with health screenings and TB requirements.
  • Coordinate college and community recruiting efforts.
  • Keep job postings and openings updated.
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
  • Promote the company as a great place to work.
