This is an in-office role in our NYC office. The Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting for all NYC-based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives. This role involves driving full lifecycle searches across both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) functions. The Recruiter will proactively source top talent and build strong pipelines, even in competitive West Coast markets. Responsibilities include running rigorous calibration and closing processes, navigating complex compensation and equity conversations, and utilizing recruiting data to enhance hiring speed, quality, and overall process efficiency. The role also requires cross-functional partnership to continuously improve recruiting strategy and tooling.
