About The Position

Scope Services has a one-of-a-kind opportunity for a business professional to be able to assist with our recruiting efforts. This position is IN PERSON Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Office located at 2095 Niles Road St. Joseph, MI. Provide human resource support by responding to employee inquiries and concerns regarding, coordinating the selection and employment process including posting jobs, scheduling tests, conducting pre-screens and coordinating interviews, and delivering new-hire orientation, and performing administrative functions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year recruiting experience

Nice To Haves

2 years administrative or human resources experience
1 year experience in Recruiting including pre-screening candidates, scheduling candidates for interviewing, and/or onboarding.

Responsibilities

High volume recruiting
Recruit for local businesses and projects nationally in the utility industry.
Assist the Project Managers with interviews and onboarding.
Developing and incorporating an effective recruitment strategy
Producing and updating job specifications and descriptions
Arranging recruitment materials
Posting job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards
Evaluating resumes, cover letters, and job applications.
