About The Position

Saronic Technologies is seeking a skilled Recruiter to identify, attract, and assess top talent. The Recruiter will serve as a strategic partner, bringing experience in technical and high-volume recruiting; experience recruiting in manufacturing is ideal. The role partners with hiring managers and internal teams throughout the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to selection and closing. It also focuses on maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, delivering a positive candidate experience, and assessing and streamlining interview processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-house or agency full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and partner with teams on writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and closing candidates.
• Work with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires.
• Create and maintain a high-volume pipeline of active and in-process candidates, and develop creative talent attraction strategies to improve candidate quality and meet hiring goals.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience from screening through offer negotiation.
• Assess the interview process and identify ways to streamline it.
