For the Recruiter role, we are seeking a talent acquisition professional with a passion for people and a desire to continuously optimize our TA processes in support of our organization throughout the United States. The role acts as a talent advisor to hiring leaders. The recruiter is responsible for consulting with hiring managers to select the best candidates using a variety of tools to source candidates. The recruiter will develop and implement a workforce plan while delivering HR operational excellence and driving the people strategy. This role is responsible for driving alignment and maximizing efficiencies across the business. Please note this is a remote position that requires you are based in the greater Chicago area.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in recruiting required
  • 2+ years of work experience in healthcare/clinical recruiting highly preferred
  • Experience with ATS systems required, with Workday experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough intake discussions and manage stakeholders’ expectations
  • Utilize full life cycle recruiting process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring candidate for open positions.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Create an exceptional and engaging experience for all candidates and new hires
  • Schedule interviews and logistics
  • Build strong relationships with both hiring teams and candidates
  • Ensure consistency in the application, assessment, interview and hiring process
  • Proactively manage open requisition including timely communication with all candidates and hiring leaders
  • Develop, execute, and monitor talent pipelining strategies, using a variety of resources and tools as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates
  • Build partnerships – including identifying key institutions to work with, career fairs and out of the box options to build our employee brand and talent network
  • Utilize a data driven approach to tracking and reporting
  • Work effectively within all available platforms, including Workday Recruiting (ATS) and Phenom (CRM)
