About The Position

As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you'll own the end-to-end hiring process across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies, provide market insights, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll proactively source top talent, manage pipelines, and continuously improve recruiting processes to help us scale efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to influence and advise executives and hiring managers on talent strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and hiring best practices.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in tracking and improving key hiring metrics.
  • Experience building structured interview processes and managing high-volume interview pipelines.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and close top talent.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A passion for building inclusive and diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of start-up equity and ability to communicate total compensation with stock options.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, running debriefs, negotiating offers, and HR handoff.
  • Evaluate technical & non-technical skills, cultural/behavioral fit, and alignment with BRINC’s mission.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve our talent acquisition process, including diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for both immediate needs and future opportunities.
  • Leverage data to track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring hiring targets are met and recruitment strategies are continuously improved.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Operations team to support talent planning and onboarding.
