Travis Pattern and Foundry is seeking a motivated part-time, hybrid remote Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to learn applicant-tracking software
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and production goals
Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Provide strong customer service
Strong attention to detail
Must be self-motivated
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to manage confidential information

Responsibilities

Identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates
Identifying candidates aligned with the company vision and values
Screening, phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders
Scheduling in-person interviews/tours for plant leadership
Staying informed on industry standards and competition
Following organizational employment policies throughout the hiring process
Completing new hire paperwork and data entry in HRIS software
Conducting weekly new hire orientation (3-hour on-site commitment)
