The role: Selene is actively searching for an experienced Recruiter whose primary focus is filling mortgage servicing positions (e.g., Cash Posting Specialist, Loss Mitigation Specialist, Foreclosure Specialists, Title Curative Specialists, etc.). You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates through our interview process with responsibility for the full recruiting cycle through to the candidate’s on-boarding. Recruiters are Selene’s brand ambassadors within the market creating a positive candidate experience, providing ongoing feedback to improve the process, and coaching hiring managers with regard to candidate’s near- and long-term viability as a Selene employee. Our recruiters work a hybrid schedule of in-office 3-days per week or as needed and remote 2-days per week.
