About The Position
We are a growing in-home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and individuals who need support in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Part-Time Recruiter to help attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers. Since 1996, Always Best Care has helped thousands of families with non-medical in-home care and assisted living referral services. We are currently expanding to skilled nursing. In select markets from the VA, we provide skilled home care for clients that need the services of our exceptional clinical care team. Our passion for helping people maintain a safe, independent, and dignified lifestyle represents the strong foundation of Always Best Care. Requirements
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
Nice To Haves
- Experience with caregiving or healthcare staffing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Recruit caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and related staff through job boards, community outreach, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding
- Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Build relationships with local community organizations and workforce resources
- Help maintain staffing levels to meet client needs
