About The Position

DeepScribe is seeking a Part Time Recruiter to join their team and assist in building the company's talent across go-to-market, customer success, and sales teams. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing, and plays a crucial part in hiring exceptional individuals efficiently and thoughtfully to support the company's growth. While the primary focus is on GTM, CS, and sales hiring, there may be instances where support is needed for recruiting within the Engineering, Product, and Design organization.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM, customer success, or sales roles.
Proven ability to source and close top talent in a competitive market.
Experience working with startup or high-growth tech companies preferred.
Strong communication and organization skills — able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to engineering or technical recruiting a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across customer success, go-to-market, and sales, with occasional support across our EPD org as needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
Build diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies.
Screen candidates for role fit and culture alignment, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout.
Support coordination of interviews and maintain candidate communications through Kula (ATS).
Provide guidance to hiring teams on recruiting best practices, interview feedback, and decision-making.
Track metrics to ensure efficiency and transparency in the hiring process.
Represent DeepScribe’s mission, values, and culture to prospective candidates.
