The role involves maintaining an applicant tracking system, establishing a network of prospective candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating logistics for on-site interviews. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage the applicant pool with timely communication, encourage internal promotions, assist with pre-employment processes and new hire orientations, and collaborate with Marketing and HR to bolster brand identity. The position requires representing the company professionally and demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
