About The Position

CCS Facility Services is one of the largest building service contractors in the United States, providing expert janitorial and facility engineering services to thousands of commercial businesses with a deep bench of experienced cleaning and engineering professionals. Guided by a Service Heart we are a company Built to Serve with a passion to exceed our customer’s expectations. The Recruiter position requires experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual, possess high energy, excellent organizational skills, and be a team player capable of managing and attracting candidates through social media channels and hosting Job Fairs. This role is based in an office setting for the Phoenix/Tempe areas (40th street & Broadway Rd.).

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
One year of experience recruiting candidates
Experience with using HRIS/ Recruiting and On-boarding Systems.
Ability to network and establish contacts to attract candidates.
Must be very organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual).
Familiar with Microsoft TEAMS, Word and Excel.
Ability to Commute: Phoenix, AZ 85040 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Phoenix, AZ 85040: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and use all available recruiting tools including social media, job boards, and working with career advisors.
Network within the community and via the web to establish avenues to bring in the right talent.
Field Recruiting
Utilize HRIS/ Recruiting and On-boarding Systems.
Process confidential and sensitive information.
Manage scheduling using TEAMS and HRIS (Workday).
