About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter to support a key client's business needs in the industrial industry. The role involves connecting with candidates, understanding their skills, and matching them to meaningful work. The Recruiter will utilize strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. This is a hybrid contract position, with 4 days onsite in Sauk Rapids, MN, and 1 day remote. The focus will be on recruiting for Production Manufacturing Technicians, Welders, CNC Machinists (1-3 tier), and Materials Coordinators, among other industrial roles.

Requirements

3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in a Manufacturing/ Industrial environment
Can think creatively and utilize sourcing methods beyond traditional job board recruiting.
High school diploma or equivalent

Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.
Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
