About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter to specialize in supporting a key client's business needs. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. This is a hybrid contract position, working onsite at the client 4 days a week in either Exton or Wayne, PA, focusing on recruiting for entry-level production associates, forklift drivers, and machine operators. The Recruiter will drive all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client, executing full-cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients.

Requirements

2+ years of recruiting experience
Strong proven sourcing skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for manufacturing highly preferred.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
