About The Position

Suger helps revenue teams sell more effectively by simplifying the workflows required to buy and sell through cloud marketplaces. We make it easier for our customers to transact, manage, and grow deals across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba, Oracle and Snowflake, creating a smoother buying experience for their customers. We’ve grown quickly by becoming the end-to-end orchestration system for the fastest growing sales channel (B2B Cloud Marketplaces) leveraging AI and integrations with core systems. Today, we work with over 250 B2B customers, ranging from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. We are growing fast, and the financial needs are becoming more operationally complex across both the US and Canada. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, ownership, and scalability to our accounting processes while helping leadership maintain strong financial visibility as the company grows. This role exists because we need a dedicated owner for day-to-day accounting operations - someone who can keep the fundamentals running smoothly while also helping us build better systems, processes, and financial discipline for the next stage of growth. You’ll be joining at a stage where your work will directly shape how the finance function evolves over time. This role will work in a hybrid model with 4 days per week in our Downtown Vancouver office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment
  • Proven ability to run searches across GTM and/or technical roles
  • Working knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR administration
  • Strong communication - you know how to write outreach that gets replies and keep candidates engaged
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across GTM, Engineering & Product, and Finance & Ops to define needs and scorecards
  • Own the full candidate journey - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, and offers
  • Build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools (Gem & Juicebox)
  • Maintain clean ATS hygiene and keep stakeholders updated on pipeline status
  • Support people operations/admin tasks as needed
