About The Position

Under the supervision of the Director of Employee Services, the Recruiter is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment process, with a strong emphasis on managing and optimizing ADP Recruiting Management (ADP-RM). This role coordinates organization-wide hiring efforts to ensure that the recruitment and onboarding of Independent Living Coaches (ILCs) align with Trinity Services’ mission, values, and operational needs. The Recruiter will serve as the primary administrator for ADP-RM, using the platform to post job openings, screen applicants, manage workflows, and generate recruiting reports. In addition to system management, this position includes sourcing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling and conducting interviews, leading recruitment marketing efforts, managing recruitment metrics, and improving candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proficient in ADP-RM or similar ATS systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques on social media and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting or HR experience required.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and pre-onboarding.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HRIS, preferably ADP/ADP RM.
  • Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other online recruiting platforms.
  • Experience recruiting frontline/direct-care employees, including for high-volume or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ability to develop effective job postings and use online sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary user and subject matter expert for ADP Recruiting Management (ADP-RM)
  • Post, manage, and update job requisitions
  • Track applicant statuses, monitor recruitment funnels, and generate weekly/monthly analytics
  • Train hiring managers on use of the platform
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with ADP support when necessary
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and create strategic sourcing plans
  • Utilize social media, job boards, professional networks, community partners, and other channels to attract diverse candidates
  • Develop partnerships with local colleges, community organizations, and workforce development agencies
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews for ILC roles
  • Review applications and assess qualifications against job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Create and update structured interview guides and selection rubrics
  • Chair the weekly application status meeting: prepare reports from ADP-RM, lead discussions, and distribute meeting summaries
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies
  • Support EEO tracking and other reporting requirements
  • Represent Trinity Services at job fairs, community events, and career expos
  • Create promotional materials and contribute to digital content (e.g., job spotlights, employee testimonials)
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance visibility of open positions
  • Assist with front desk tasks as needed: greeting applicants, answering phones, administering assessments
  • Support additional HR functions and special projects as assigned
