Responsibilities

• Post and manage job listings within an Applicant Tracking System (Hireology)
• Review resumes and efficiently identify qualified candidates
• Screen candidates via text and phone calls with a high level of responsiveness
• Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews
• Conduct job offer meetings and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Lead new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate and organized employee files
• Coordinate and complete drug screenings and background checks
• Enter basic employee-related data into accounting and HR systems
• Serve as a go-to resource for candidate and new hire questions
