About The Position
The company is reimagining banking by building a universal AI banking assistant, BankGPT, for millions of U.S. consumers to transact across all financial institutions and autonomously drive their financial goals. This platform aims to displace legacy systems within financial institutions, unlock a significant market opportunity, and ultimately drive financial well-being for consumers by putting their financial lives on autopilot. The role of Founding Technical Recruiter involves partnering with the Head of People and founding technical leadership to scale the Technology teams, playing a central role in shaping the technical bar, hiring philosophy, and team composition during a pivotal growth phase.
