Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in a high volume environment, preferably in healthcare, is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database management software.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Implements full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating salary and hiring) for Powerback’s gym level positions.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Manages all candidate and requisition activity in the recruiting management system.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualification to job requirements.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Act as point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Provides excellent customer service to the candidate and hiring manager throughout the hiring process until hire is cleared to start.
  • Facilitates the defined recruiting processes.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
  • Conducts job fairs and events as assigned by the Director, Recruiting.
  • Demonstrates care and compassion to ensure that all internal and external customers consistently receive the highest quality of service.
  • Shows respect and appreciation to others.
  • Works with a positive attitude demonstrating teamwork and enjoyment for the job.
  • Demonstrates focus and discipline in doing the best job possible.
  • Exhibits honest and integrity in all aspects of the job.
  • Must have excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
  • Participates in other duties as assigned.
