About The Position

The Recruiter will join our Ft Knox-based team and will support the hiring of contact center and IT Help Desk personnel. You will be responsible for assisting the recruiting team in all outreach efforts necessary to identify candidates and own the team’s tracking and reporting of recruiting activities to senior management. As our recruiting coordinator, you have a knowledge of Recruiting practices and contribute to the team’s success with innovative ideas. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing staffing needs, like working with people, and excellent organizational skills. Reports to Senior Case Manager.

  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Ability to travel to various recruiting events.
  • Experience using excel and other track and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with community referral sources of disabled job candidates and social service organizations.
  • The ability to create new and foster existing relationships with organizations to promote a positive recruitment outcome.
  • BS/BA Degree required with minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
  • Equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • Successful applicant must comply with federal contractor vaccine mandate requirements.
  • Public Trust/NA CLC (InspiriTec will assist/cover costs, but job offer is contingent upon obtaining clearance).

Responsibilities

  • Understand staff requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Maintain tracking and weekly reporting of all recruiting team’s activity.
  • Own follow up activities related to team’s community outreach.
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
  • Attend job fairs, careers and other community events.
  • Help maintain relationships with all existing candidate referral sources.
  • Help identify improvements in overall recruiting and screening process.
