The Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across both corporate support and onsite property roles within the organization. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with strategic advising; leveraging market insights, compensation knowledge, and local labor trends to guide hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience within the multifamily industry strongly preferred.
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including corporate support functions and onsite property positions (e.g., leasing, maintenance, property management).
  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategy, talent availability, and competitive market insights.
  • Advise on compensation ranges based on market data, internal equity, and geographic considerations.
  • Educate stakeholders on labor market trends, sourcing challenges, and realistic hiring expectations across regions.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Create engaging recruiting content and collateral (ie. job postings, social media graphics, hiring campaigns) using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate conversion rates.
