About The Position

The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting and driving recruitment efforts across the organization, with a focus on high-volume and operational roles within property management (e.g., community management, maintenance, lifestyle, and clubhouse staff). This role combines hands-on recruiting with responsibilities, helping to guide hiring managers, streamline processes, and ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or some college degree
  • 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume or operational roles preferred)
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Paycom or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Post and manage job requisitions across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for experience, culture fit, and compensation alignment
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines
  • Provide guidance on market trends, compensation ranges, and candidate expectations
  • Ensure hiring managers follow standardized recruitment processes and best practices
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community-based recruiting efforts
  • Help streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiency across the hiring process
  • Assist in managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring data accuracy
  • Support onboarding coordination by working closely with HR and operations teams
