This is a contract to hire opportunity for a Recruiter who wants meaningful ownership, a broad seat at the table, and the opportunity to help shape how a modern Talent Acquisition function operates. Whether you are a sourcer ready to step into full cycle recruiting or a junior recruiter looking to grow into broader ownership, this is a chance to build, influence, and grow quickly. You will work closely with leaders across Apptegy and recruit across a wide range of roles, from Go to Market positions to Product and Engineering roles. On this lean, highly collaborative team, you will make an impact immediately. You will help bring hiring plans to life, build strong candidate pipelines, improve the hiring experience, and create processes that can scale with the company. You will also help thoughtfully integrate AI into the way we source, assess, and connect with talent.

Requirements

1-3 years of recruiting experience, or relevant experience as a sourcer who is ready to expand into full cycle recruiting.
Experience recruiting in a SaaS, software, or technology environment.
Experience supporting go to market roles, especially Sales and Client Success, and corporate functions.
Hands on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to manage multiple searches while staying organized, responsive, and detail oriented.
Sound judgment and a thoughtful approach to candidate experience and confidential information.
Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment and collaborating across teams and time zones.
Curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn, experiment, and help build better recruiting workflows.

Nice To Haves

International recruiting or sourcing experience across Canada and Latin America.
Experience full cycle recruiting or sourcing for Product and Engineering roles.
Familiarity with Handshake.
A successful transition from sourcing into recruiting, or clear readiness to take that next step.
A builder’s mindset and energy for improving existing processes.
The ability to balance candidate advocacy with a clear understanding of business and hiring needs.
A structured approach to ambiguous searches and the ability to create momentum when priorities change.

Responsibilities

Own recruiting processes from intake through offer for assigned roles, with support and coaching as you grow your full cycle recruiting skills.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, build effective interview plans, calibrate on talent, and keep searches moving.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.
Build talent pipelines for go to market roles such as Sales and Client Success, along with corporate functions. Support Product and Engineering searches as needed.
Build early career talent pipelines through campus partnerships and outreach for internship and recent graduate roles.
Conduct thoughtful candidate screens that assess skills, motivation, communication, and alignment with the role.
Deliver a consistent, clear, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate closely with interview teams to support structured, fair, and timely decision making.
Use recruiting data and search activity to identify what is working, where we have gaps, and how we can improve.
Help design and document recruiting processes that make it easier for the team to do high quality work at scale.
Explore and apply AI tools and workflows that improve sourcing, research, communication, scheduling, process consistency, and recruiting insights.
Contribute to employer branding, talent mapping, campus or early career initiatives, and other team priorities as needed.
