Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Efficiently fill open positions.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Utilize emerging technologies for recruitment.
  • Administer end-to-end hiring cycles.
  • Monitor the hiring of candidates, which includes: Application review to ensure candidates are moving through process efficiently and timely.
  • Review voice auditions and record results.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, as needed.
  • Finalize the hiring paperwork and work to resolve any issues and concerns.
  • Complete final offer with candidate.
  • Perform other duties as required.
