About The Position

Cielo is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team on a temporary (LTE) basis, working onsite in Garner, NC. This role is crucial for supporting a client's summer expansion by hiring high-volume blue-collar vacancies within manufacturing, light industrial, and production sectors. The Recruiter will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent and providing proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle. They will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. The position requires strict adherence to all regulations, including OFCCP and other compliance standards, and a commitment to building talent pipelines and providing accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two or more years' recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
  • Strong stakeholder experience/management.
  • Candidates must be US citizens.
  • Based near or in commutable distance to Garner, NC site.

Nice To Haves

  • Workday experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
  • Review candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and evaluate their qualifications against position requirements.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to identify appropriate candidate sources.
  • Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and internal referrals.
  • Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
  • Engage with talent communities using an appropriate mix of media (phone, email, social media).
  • Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistics, schedules, attire, and expectations.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely updates on their application and interview status.
  • Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description.
  • Use independent judgment to assess candidate fit based on phone interviews and skills assessments.
  • Issue and evaluate skills testing results as needed.
  • Review background and reference information as required.
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with consistent communication.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
  • Articulate job offers to candidates and drive for acceptance, negotiating counter-offers as appropriate.
  • Strictly adhere to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance standards).
  • Work to deliver a strong candidate slate and continuously build talent pipelines.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership.
  • Identify perceived difficulties with searches and research/recommend solutions.
  • Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the hiring leader, providing a consultative approach with recommendations.
