Keches Law Group, P.C. is a well-established law firm with offices in Milton, Bridgewater, and Worcester, practicing in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice. We are seeking a part-time, 20-25 hours, Recruiter to join our Bridgewater office. This is not a remote position so the candidate will need to live within commuting distance to the office. The Recruiter supports the firm’s hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for key staff roles across the organization. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to efficiently fill open positions. The role primarily supports hiring for legal assistants, paralegals, intake specialists, and administrative staff, while providing coordination support for early-career programs such as the Summer Associate Program. The position emphasizes proactive sourcing, thoughtful screening, and process coordination, while working closely with the People & Culture team and hiring managers to ensure consistent and effective hiring practices. Although the person in this role will source and recruit for experienced attorneys, the role primarily supports hiring for legal assistants, paralegals, intake specialists, and administrative staff, while providing coordination support for early-career programs such as the Summer Associate Program.
