About The Position

Holder Construction is seeking a Recruiter to join their HR team in the Atlanta, GA Office. This is a full-time, in-person position. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, develop talent profiles, and create effective selection processes. The Recruiter will also be responsible for innovative sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, assessing candidates, coaching hiring teams, managing offer negotiations, utilizing recruiting platforms and metrics for process improvement, supporting employer branding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience sourcing and hiring talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong partnership and consultative skills with hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse or other ATS Platforms, sourcing tools, and HR technology.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while delivering a high-touch candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define talent profiles, establish recruiting strategies, and lead effective selection processes.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, direct outreach, social media, and talent communities to source qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Assess and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements, organizational culture, and long-term potential.
  • Coach hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate engagement, and selection decisions.
  • Drive offer development and negotiation efforts, partnering with HR and leadership to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Utilize Greenhouse, recruiting platforms, and recruiting metrics to manage workflows, track progress, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization through networking events, industry associations, and recruiting campaigns.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting processes throughout the hiring lifecycle.
