About The Position

The Human Resources Recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process. The Recruiter’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection processes, and hosting or participating in career events. The Recruiter will also be responsible for tracking all the pre-employment onboarding processes for new hires, assisting with new hire orientation programs and processing payroll transactions. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field highly preferred (or must have 3 years of experience).
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Proficiency – Familiarity with platforms like iCIMS.
  • Familiarity with WorkDay is highly preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug test.
  • Experience working in a healthcare as a Recruiter.
  • SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
  • Technically savvy with social media platforms, LinkenIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a face-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), such as iCIMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background Checks and Reference Verification.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting.
  • Onboarding and Credentialing.
  • Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
